About Us

Established in 2023 by Dr. Cacie Wrye, Wrye Wellness emerged from her years of experience working under other chiropractors. Most recently, Dr. Wrye spent 7 years working at Cutitta Chiropractic. Dr. Wrye's decision to launch her own practice stems from a desire to create the ideal healthcare environment—one prioritizing patients over insurance and fostering inclusivity. This mission holds particular significance for her as a woman navigating a traditionally male-dominated field.
Dr. Cacie Wrye, a 2015 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic, has been providing hands-on care to her patients since the beginning of her journey. Her introduction to chiropractic began while working at the front desk of a chiropractic office, where she witnessed the personal patient/doctor relationships and the genuine progress patients experienced—attributes she aspired to incorporate into her own practice.
According to Dr. Wrye, chiropractic extends beyond adjustments alone. Recognizing the impact of daily wear and tear on the entire body, she meticulously examines every joint, from jaw to toes. Understanding the interconnectedness of muscles and bones, she emphasizes a comprehensive approach, integrating muscle work to alleviate tightness, gua sha for acute and chronic injuries, KT techniques, and nerve flossing for numbness and pain. Dr. Wrye advocates rehabilitative exercises and stretches to address muscle imbalances.
Communication is at the core of Dr. Wrye's care philosophy. Actively seeking input from patients during and between appointments, she tailors treatments not only based on observed progress but also on patient-reported experiences. As an adept educator, she ensures patients comprehend each treatment, explaining the process and its benefits thoroughly.
Beyond her professional pursuits, Dr. Wrye finds joy in the company of her rescue pitmix, Drogo, and tending to her collection of plants. An animal enthusiast, she welcomes and encourages her patients to share updates and pictures of their pets.
